Proposed to create a countertop point-of-purchase display unit for an eco-friendly bamboo spork while considering paper and ink usage, cost of production, and shipment, I designed two options that had different feels and usages. The more modern design is shipped as a box, which is then opened along the perforation to create a standing display. The second and more conventional display unit nests within each other during shipment and contains the product within; visually, the texture was inspired by traditional Japanese prints.
